My name is Ian James Brown, I paint & create abstract artworks to music. After recently relocating back to Lincoln I have received the call to adventure & would like to introduce you to ‘Source Material’.

I wish to share my passion for creativity that is part of my everyday life, with discipline they can become a way of life. Authoring your own experience & enhancing your well-being on a daily basis. Using creativity as a tool for change. This is an invitation, a creative way to live.

The past five years have been a transformational time for myself; I was a blank canvas in 2020, not having purpose but knew it was time for change. I became the project & started to take action, getting to know who I am & beginning to fulfil my potential. Writing my own mission statement for the future.

With the aid of creative activities I built a daily routine & life from scratch, laying strong foundations for an exciting future ahead. Making the necessary self-sacrifices & leaving behind wasn’t doesn’t serve me. I am now at the stage that I wish to be in service to others & the community, share what I have learnt so far from this journey, back to the source.

Incorporating creative exercises into your daily routine is an opportunity to be embraced & explored. Develop your problem solving abilities, communication skills, patience & self-confidence.

Translate your ambitions & ideas into reality, through hard work & commitment you can achieve & flourish. I wish to offer my enthusiasm & passion for what can be & empathy for what has been on the journey that lies ahead.

Be grateful for the moments, take a deep breath, reconnect with yourself & your surroundings.

Wonder surrounds us all.
